Graz location of the Panalpina forwarding company plans to increase impact rate in the Land Carinthia
At the Graz location of the worldwide operating transport and logistics service provider Panalpina plans are being made to increase utilisation of the market potential in Carinthia. In the interview with this magazine Location Manager Mag. Karl-Heinz Krois considers the most southern land of Austria as a very interesting area with regard to developing and attending to longterm business activities in the fields of sea freight importations and sea freight exportations. He aims to consequently use the opportunities resulting thereof in the future. Panalpina has 47 employees in its location in Graz. Included are specialists in the field of complete and partly chartering of vessels on the routes from and to Trieste, Koper and Rijeka. The service portfolio contains apart from air and sea freight services including the related land transport also a wide range of logistics concepts, based on a 6,000 sq. m. warehouse at the Cargo Center Graz.
