Paul Hartmann AG signs agreement with Elvis AG

Jumbo transport of Paul Hartmann AG between six countries – Austria amongst them – to be integrated into the system of Elvis AG

The "Volume Load Network" of Elvis Aktiengesellschaft (a European association for loads of international cargo carriers) reports the gaining of new customer. Based on a long-term agreement covering the international jumbo trasport, the manufacturer of medical and hygiene products, Paul Hartmann AG, will handle intercompany shipments, customer direct deliveries and shipments to sterilization companies via the jumbo network of the full load cooperation. The transported goods are medical products such as bandages, hospital supplies such as surgical gloves, disposable instruments and hygiene products. The transports are organised via a web-based platform.The vehicles used for the jumbo transport can carry up to 125 cubic meters. In total the cooperation uses a fleet of more than 3,500 jumbo vehicles. These will transport the products of Paul Hartmann AG between distribution centres and production sites in Germany, France, the Czech Republic, Austria, Switzerland and Sweden. "Through our extensive European network and the large cargo capacity, we can avoid costly short trips and thus contribute sustainably to environmentally friendly logistics at Paul Hartmann AG", said Elvis Executive Jochen Eschborn.
