PE Trans Spedition & Transport GmbH and PTE Transportservice GmbH from Kirchbichl are no longer able to pay
PE Trans Spedition & Transport GmbH and PTE Transportservice GmbH with their headquarters in Kirchbichl in Tyrol slided into insolvency. At the beginning of this week the regional court Landesgericht Innsbruck opened the bankruptcy proceedings of the two companies. According to the estimation of the KSV 1870 association for creditor protection the chances are bad for continuation of their business. Founded in 1991, PE Trans Spedition & Transport GmbH had its own 50-trucks fleet in its heyday, which operated mainly in international long distance traffic. “Both enterprises have posted considerable accumulated losses in the past years, and a highly negative equity ratio.
