Publicis Germany is a new customer of Panopa fleet management

As of now Panopa Fleet Management manages the fleet of Publicis, which operates branch offices in Berlin, Erlangen, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich. The services are ranging from procurement of vehicles to administration. The company fleet consists of about 100 cars. 
 
Panopa Fleet Management advises its new client in the selection of vehicles, takes care of procurement, transfer and registration and concludes the leasing agreements. The range of services includes also monitoring the TÜV (vehicle inspection authority) and inspection dates, procuring replacement vehicles in the event of damage, provision of fuel cards and detailed itemisation of the monthly vehicle fleet costs incurred.
 
Furthermore, Panopa Fleet Management takes care of the electronic driving licence check for the customer. Altogether, Panopa Fleet Management looks after around 3,000 vehicles for about 50 customers all over Europe from the Duisburg headquarters. The company is neither bound to a manufacturer nor to certain banks or leasing companies.
 
Panopa Fleet Management is a division of Panopa Logistik GmbH, which is headquartered in Duisburg and offers customer-oriented logistics services along the supply chain. The spectrum ranges from procurement logistics and warehouse management to sequencing, preassembly, production supply, spare parts logistics and worldwide organisation of shipments right through to managing fleets of company vehicles. The contract logistics service provider is specialised in the automotive, steel, mechanical and plant engineering as well as transport management segments. Last year Panopa, a 100 per cent-subsidiary of the international corporation Imperial Logistics International B.V. & Co. KG, earned annual sales of around EUR 390 million with approx. 3,000 employees at 64 locations worldwide.
