Reshuffle of the management board of ÖBB Infrastruktur AG

ÖBB Infrastruktur AG: Siegfried Stumpf succeed Herwig Wiltberger as of 1 December as Board Director:

A personnel change is to take place within the management level of ÖBB Infrastruktur AG. From the end of November 2011 Herwig Wiltberger will leave the management board; he retires from his position due to health reasons. Siegfried Stumpf, previous head of group production, technology and security within the ÖBB-Holding, will succeed him as of 1 December 2011. He was appointed for three years in the meeting of the supervisory board of ÖBB-Infrastruktur AG on 21 September.

Siegfried Stumpf has been working for ÖBB since 1972. In the management board of ÖBB Infrastruktur AG he will be in charge of the operational resort. The management board will then be formed by the management spokesmen Andreas Matthä and Georg-Michael Vavrovsky, who are holding their functions since 2009, and Siegfried Stumpf.
