Rhenus acquires Grossmann Sea & Air Logistics
Rhenus group buys company in Munich to step up its commitment in air and sea freight forwarding business
A new station was added to the network of the Rhenus group. Taking over the forwarding company Grossmann Sea & Air Logistics GmbH with its headquarters at the cargo terminal of the Munich airport the enterprise boosts its presence and service range in southern Germany. Founded as R. Grossmann GmbH 25 years ago, the forwarding company headquartered in Munich operates a location in Düsseldorf and acts under its current firm name Grossmann Sea & Air Logistics GmbH since 2007. The enterprise has 14 employees who generate a turnover of about EUR 4 million. The company assumes the organisation of truck transportations as well as air sea freight services.
