Seago Line offers extended Adriatic Sea programme

 Intra-European container shipping line Seago Line will use slots on MSC services for Adriatic Sea operations in future:

The Intra-European Container Carrier Seago Line which is spart of the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group adapts its service concept for the ports on the Northern Adriatic Sea. In a report the company announced the replacement of the ALEX service by the purchase of slots on four existing scheduled operations by the Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC). For the customers this will result in an improved coverage of the ports in the eastern Mediterranean, it says in the report.

The new Seago Line service concept in the Adriatic Sea will become effective in mid November. It comprises the scheduled operations „Adriatic Sea A“ with the port rotation Koper, Trieste, Venice, Ravenna, Haifa, Ashdod and Koper; „Adriatic Sea B“ (Trieste, Koper, Ravenna, Venice, Piraeus, Izmir, Gemlik, Istanbul, Piraeus, Trieste), „Adriatic Sea C“ (Ravenna, Trieste, Venice, Koper, Gioia Tauro, Alexandria, Ravenna) and „Adriatic Sea D“ (Venice, Ancona, Ravenna, Piraeus, Limassol, Alexandria, Beirut, Lattakia, Piraeus, Venice).
