Felbermayr location in Brno operates in the segments working platforms/crane hire and heavy transport
The Felbermayr group has expanded its network. In Brno they opened a new location focussing on the segments working platforms and crane hire as well as heavy transport (Felbermayr transport and lifting technology). The station completes the sales office of the ITB business division (International Low-Loader Rail Transports) in Prague and hence reinforces the market appearance of the Austrian company group in the Czech Republic. “We completed our premiere successfully“, says Michal Prusa about the location in Brno. For the modernisation of the municipal waste incineration plant they used telescopic working platforms with a maximum operating height of 40 metres and mobile cranes. The Felbermayr company group operates 43 locations in 14 European countries. Special and heavy transport as well as mobile cranes and working platforms hire, structural and civil engineering – to Felbermayr special civil engineering (FST) – form the core activities. The fleet consists of more than 350 mobile and caterpillar cranes, about 2,000 working platforms and forklifts, as well as around 300 heavy-load vehicles, and is deployed throughout Europe.
