tyrologistik GmbH: remediation process with insolvency administrator

Previous file for insolvency of regional health insurance fund leads tyrologistik into trouble – company aims to continue operation
 
Since 28 August a remediation process without own administration has been going on about the assets and liabilities of tyrologistik GmbH, based in Aldrans, at the regional court Landesgericht Innsbruck. Christian Winder from Innsbruck, attorney at law, will act as the liquidator. The Creditors may file their claims at court before 8 October 2012. The first hearing is scheduled for 22 October 2012.
 
The indebted company aims to continue operation and achieve debt relief through a filed remediation plan, as the association for the protection of creditors KSV 187 announces in a press release. A quota of 60 percent, to be paid in eight quarterly rates within two years, was offered. Due to the fact that the opening of the proceeding was precedent by a bankruptcy file of the regional health insurance fund, it can not yet be said how many creditors will be affected by this case of insolvency.
 
tyrologistik was established in January 2010 and is operating in transport business. From the beginning, the financial situation was strained due to lacking equity capital. The company has 8 employees. According to the last disclosed balance sheet liabilities amount to about EUR 120,000. However, this figure might has been increasing during the past months.
