Intereuropa Group (Koper) in search for a strategic partner

Keeping the leading position as provider of transport and logistics services in the countries of former Yugoslavia remains the target of the Intereuropa Group
 
With the support of a strategic partner the management board of the Intereuropa Group aims to reach a high level of financial stability in the form of recapitalisation. Moreover the further development of the company shall be boosted this way, they state in the half-year report off the press. The top-management aims to improve processes in all business segments, and to maintain the leading position of the provider of transport and logistics services in Slovenia and the countries of former Yugoslavia.
 
The Intereuropa Group headquartered in Koper, Slovenia, achieved turnover of EUR 56.9 million in the first six months of 2012, which is 11 per cent more than in the same period of 2011. Operating result rose considerably to EUR 4.22 million. Their 1,939 employees operate a company-owned fleet of 200 vehicles. The Intereuropa Group offers currently 262,500 m² of covered warehouse area.
