Vos Logistics opens annexe in Goch (Germany)

As of now the Vos Logistics branch in Goch offers additional warehousing capacity for 11.000 pallets to their customer Akzo Nobel

The German Vos Logistics branch in Goch started operation of their new annexe with 5.500 m2 of warehosuing space and 11.000 pallet storage positions a couple of days ago. This means that their warehousing capacity has increased to 36.000 pallet storage positions. Besides the investments have paved the way for an intensified cooperation with the customer Akzo Nobel. The partnershpip between these two companies in the location Goch goes back to the year 2004.

After far-reaching reorganisation measures and a streamlining of structures, Vos Logistics with headquarters in Oss in the Netherlands presents itself as Europe-wide provider of transport- and logistics services. The focus of their activites is on the areas cargo (full truck loads), bulk, logistics services and fleet services. 1.850 people are employed in 30 locations in ten countries (among them Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Italy. The company-owned fleet comprises 1.250 hauling units and about 2.500 trailer units. The warehousing capacity amounts to 125.000 m2. In the business year 2010 they generated a turnover of 244 million Euros.
