W. Gottschligg GmbH is now an “Austrian leader company“

Specialist for cargo carriers W. Gottschligg received award for innovative, sustainable and responsible handling:

The history of Firma W. Gottschligg GmbH, established in 1974, has gained a facet. The enterprise based in Brunn am Gebirge near Vienna received recently the “Austrian leader company”-award. Dr. Peter Haric, Head of the institute for leader companies (Leitbetriebe Institut), named the strong employees and customer orientation of the enterprise as the reason for the award. Another criterion was the environmental consciousness.

The Gottschligg brand represents a specialist for cargo carriers made from metal, wood and plastic. The company is a second-generation family enterprise. Germany and India form the international focuses. Their 13 employees generated lately a turnover at EUR 18 million.

The “Austrian leader company“-seal (Leitbetrieb Austria) is given to selected Austrian enterprises. The leader companies institute inspects the excellence of the applicants. Criteria of the award are: model role, industry leadership, innovation leadership, sustainable management, customer orientation or employees orientation.
