175 new trucks and trailers with Jan de Rijk Logistics
Jan de Rijk Logistics expresses its confidence in the future by placing an order for 125 new trucks and expanding the warehouse capacity
Jan de Rijk Logistics placed an order of 125 new DAF trucks. Most of the contract is aimed at renewal of the current fleet in order to keep offering the highest standards of quality that its customers require.
As a specialist in the logistics of high secure and time sensitive products Jan de Rijk Logistics also has expanded its secure fleet with 25 high secure trailers and 25 temperature controlled secure trailers, including 5 multi temp trailers, which are suited for the healthcare industry.
Currently also an additional 10,000 m² of warehousing capacity is being built at its headquarters in Roosendaal, The Netherlands. The new warehouse, which will be ready by March 2013, will accommodate business of additional new customers. Jan de Rijk Logistics will not only offer storage, handling and value added logistics activities, but also operate as a control tower for the outsourced activities of its customers.
