20 years of AsstrA: Ambitious plans for the near future
CIS specialist AsstrA Associated Traffic AG wants to become the most effective and creative logistics company in the world
On 13 October AsstrA Associated Traffic AG celebrated its 20 years jubilee. From the beginning as small company, AsstrA becomes an international holding with 22 branches in 11 countries and staff about 900 people. Over the last year AsstrA made more than 75,000 transportation of about 1,5 million tons of cargo and turnover was EUR 200 million.
In honor of Birthday top management give out their secrets of successful business and told about future plans. Access to new markets and implementation of bold ideas always involve certain risks, which AsstrA is ready to take on. Thanks to successful development the holding has enough forces and resources for the implementation of new projects. To be the most effective and creative logistics company in the world, which is AsstrA`s global goal.
“We have always been and remain the innovation company”, says Dmitry Lagun, President of the Board of AsstrA holding. Their plans for the near future include development of new continents, opening new offices in Europe and Asia, establishing product business models, specializing in product segments, multimodal transportation development, combining transport modes, choosing the best routes and improving the system of work with suppliers.
