On April 5 a process of remediation in self administration about the assets and liabilities of the Treu Speditiosnsgesellschaft m.b.H based in Arnoldstein was opened at the regional court Landesgericht Klagenfurt. The enterprise operating in the segments forwarding, freight carriage and storage business has lately employed 43 staff. According to the KSV1870 creditor’s protection association assets amount to about EUR 1.7 million, whereas liabilities amount to around EUR 3 million. The remediation prescribes a 30 per cent quota within two years for the around 125 creditors.

With the Treu Spedition established in 1949, many things got out of control in the past months. The indebted company traces back the current situation of the insolvency to the limited orders by major customers and the loss of Italian clients. Moreover, according to the management, they had to grant discounts and tariff increases failed.
