Forwarding company Greencarrier opens second site in Lithuania

Swedish forwarding group Greencarrier reinforces its market presence in the Baltic States

 

Opening a location in Vilnius the Swedish forwarding group Greencarrier expands its market presence in the Baltic countries. The new site starts with two employees and shall help to boost air freight activities. At the station in Klaipeda, which was opened in 2008, the focus lies on the segments sea freight and land transport.

Greencarrier headquartered in Gotenborg (Sweden) presents itself as a full range provider of forwarding services with origins and destinations in Northern Europe and the Baltic States. The subsidiary of the Björk.Eklund Group has around 275 employees at 25 locations in nine countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine and China).
