P&O Ferrymasters takes over Mov’on Logistics
Mov’on Logistics BV in Hellevoetsluis (Netherlands) will change ownership structure. In April P&O Ferrymasters is acquiring 100 per cent of the shares and 18 employees. The acquisition is consolidating the position of the purchaser in Central and Eastern European traffic. Since its establishment in 2001 Mov’on Logistics has evolved into a specialist for logistics, forwarding and transport services to Central and Eastern Europe. In addition to the headquarters in Hellevoetsluis the network comprises offices at the locations Gorzow (Poland), Kiev (Ukraine) and Moscow (Russia). P&O Ferrymasters operates a fleet of 2,000 multi-purpose trailers and renders services in the fields of Freight Management, Intermodal, LTL and Warehousing. Around 740 persons are employed at 27 locations in 11 European countries (including Germany, Italy, Hungary, Romania and Poland).
