Safmarine launches three new services from Europe to West Africa

Container shipping line Safmarine optimised and accelerates liner services from Europe to West Africa:

From late summer 2011 the customers of Safmarine can profit from improved and accelerated liner services on the routes from Europe to West Africa. The container line, a company of the A..P. Moller – Maersk group, has reshuffled a number of its existing West Africa shipping services and introduced three new services. The modified concept was officially presented at the end of August.

Safmarine’s three new liner services are called WAF 11, WAF 12 and WAF 13. The WAF 11-service is regularly operating the port rotations Algeciras (Spain), Port Tanger (Morocco), Lome (Togo) and Onne (Nigeria). WAF 12 connects Algeciras and Tanger to Abidjan (Côte D’Ivoire) and Cotonou (Benin). Liner service WAF 13 departs from Algeciras and sets its course to Tanger and Dakar (Senegal).
