40 years of Woisetschläger forwarding company in Linz
| Specialist for furniture logistics keeps independency These days and weeks the shareholders and employees of Gottfried Woisetschläger Gesellschaft mbH in Linz are looking back on 40 years of successful activity in the international forwarding business. In its early years the enterprise was able to establish as a specialist for customs clearance and was reorganised while preparing to Austria’s accession to the European Union. Today 50 employees render services in the fields of furniture logistics (importations from all over Europe including interim storage and delivery to Austrian retailers), Italy traffic (importation/exportation), eastern Europe traffic and container dispatch. Woisetschläger operates a 13,000 sq.m.-warehouse at the industrial area Linz, with a rail track to the hall. The fleet comprises 20 jumbo truck trailers, 100 jumbo swap bodies and special transport equipment for upholstered furniture to avoid damage during transportation.
