P.E.G.A. Trans Zollservice GmbH applies for insilvency

Bankruptcy of P.E.G.A. Trans Zollservice GmbH in Suben affects about 30 employees and many creditors

On 16 September the bankruptcy proceedings were opened about the assets and liabilities of P.E.G.A. Trans Zollservice GmbH based in Suben, Upper Austria, at the regional court Landesgericht Ried/Innkreis. “The enterprise founded in 2003, employing about 30 persons, has become insolvent“, the association for the protection of creditors, KSV 1870, announces in a press release. Concerned creditors may make their claims before 2 November 2011.

Services in the forwarding sector – in particular customs clearance – completed with service functions in the fields of transport and storage formed the core business of P.E.G.A. Trans Zollservice GmbH. Details about the number of creditors and the amount of liabilities are being prepared.
