Austrian branch of PLA Logistik Limited offers payment of a 30 per cent-quota to creditors
A new case of insolvency within the transport industry is pending at the regional court Landesgericht Salzburg since 24 February. In a pres release the association for the protection of creditors Gläubigerschutzverband KSV 1870 announced the opening of a self-administered remediation process about the assets and liabilities of the PLA Logistik Limited branch in Austria. Their line of business are functions in the segments logistics and transport business/provision of personnel for parcel services.
Business activities of the debtor are limited to Austria. Neither the branch nor the headquarters were operating business activities in Great Britain. Liabilities amount to about EUR 1 million. The endebted company offers its creditors the payment of a 30 per cent-quota within two years from acceptation of the remediation plan.
