AF-KL Cargo inaugurates B777-200LR freighter
As of now a new aircraft type will be used in the fleet of Air France Cargo-KLM Cargo. The air company recently acquired the first two Boeing 777-200LR freighters. Since February 28, the two freighters are operating on the routes from Paris CDG to Chicago (6 roundtrips weekly) and from Paris CDG to Hong Kong (4 rotations weekly). The Boeing 777-200LR freighter is able to carry a maximum of 100 tons of airfreight on each flight. The maximum range at full load capacity is more than 9,000 kilometres.
