New Gebrüder Weiss logistics terminal in Bucharest

Gebrüder Weiss Group is to enhance its market appearance in Romania. Recently a new logistics terminal in Bucharest started operating. In the next weeks and months the expansion of the national distribution system will be the main focus. In a press release Country Manager Viorel Leca announced the opening of FTL branches in Constanza, Cluj, Bacau and Sibiu as well as the set-up of cross docking stations in Bacau and Sibiu.

The new logistics centre in Bucharest was built with a total investment of EUR 15 million. The facility is directly situated at the A1 motorway. It offers a 8,000 square metres warehousing facility, about 2,500 square metres cross docking space and 1,350 square metres offices for 100 employees.
