Green SeaFrex starts new refrigerated logistics service to Austria
Green SeaFrex’s special service for fruit and vegetables links Egypt to Austria and Middle Europe Private forwarders from Venice established a new house-to-house transport service for fruit and vegetables from Egypt to Austria and Middle Europe, named Green SeaFrex. This service is based on a newly acquired refrigerated trailer with capacities for 26 and 33 pallets and on the ro-pax service from Alexandria to Venice, which is going to be started by Visemar Line on 20 May. Green SeaFrex promises extremely short runtimes to customers in Austria and Middle Europe. Transportations from Greater Alexandria to Austria and southern Germany can be handled within three days, according to Sales & Marketing director Andrea Cosentino. Northern Germany and the Benelux countries can be reached within four days. They grant that all operations will be carried out according to the cool chain defined by the customer, which is also documented on demand. |
