| Sony Austria uses individual logistics solution of GO! Express GO! Express & Logistics developed with and for Sony Austria GmbH a customised logistics solution for the after sales segment. It offers a quick, simple and customer-oriented handling of repair logistics to service and distribution partners from the electronics industry. Consumers may benefit from the cooperation in the form of a reduced “turn-around-time“ for deliveries from and to the repair centres. Service and distribution partners of Sony Austria enter their orders in a web-booking tool that was developed by GO! Express. Thus they can use the function „Track & Trace“ to trace every consignment gaplessly. Collection and delivery of devices are effected by GO! couriers at fixed dates. Direct collection at end-customers also includes packing services on demand. GO! Express & Logistics offers special solutions for national and international transport of time-sensitive consignments, as well as individual logistic services for customers. The Austrian GO!
