Traxon opens access to CPS for LH Cargo
Since November 18th, customers of Lufthansa Cargo might book their airfreight consignments at all big booking portals. With Traxon Europe the airline is now also connected to the Cargo Portal Services (CPS) internet-portal. Acting as an electronic communication provider, Traxon Europe supports the multi-channel strategy of the airline: Hence airfreight forwarders shall be able to use different electronic booking channels for their airfreight consignments at Lufthansa Cargo. “By connecting CPS via Traxon Europe we took another step towards successfully implementing our multi-channel strategy“, said Lufthansa Cargo-project manager Rupert Lees. Cargo Portal Service counts among the most-frequented internet portals, in particular in North America. Nine leading airlines are connected to the booking system at the moment.
