Wincanton opens healthcare logistic-platform in Strasbourg

A terminal in Strasbourg offering 13.000 sq. m. for storage and manipulation serves as the new hub for the healthcare logistics division of the Wincanton Group in Europe. According to a press release the facility provides capacities for the expansion of the cooperation with existing customers and the attendance of transactions with new customers.

In the new building for the healthcare logistic division 70 employees are at work. The terminal serves as a hub for the attendance to markets in Germany, France, Benelux, Switzerland, Austria and Italy. The Wincanton Group employs 30,000 persons and has a annual turnover totalling to EUR 2.8 billion.
