Johann Weiss progressed in customer orientation in the year 2008

The management of the Johann Weiss GmbH is looking back on a year of optimisations. The enterprise based in Wiener Neudorf in Austria implemented a big deal of actions to improve the customer service throughout 2008. In addition to the reorganisation of the customer service – each client has a particular reference person for all concerns – the online consignment tracking system was reworked. Moreover the cargo-performance was improved by quicker price information, and in November a new warehouse providing 10,000 pallet storage spaces and a1,300 sq.m.-office area was opened.

Johann Weiss is a family-run enterprise and renders services in the field of general cargo (national/international), cargo (part and full load transports) and warehousing. With 75 employees the enterprise will show a turnover of EUR 12.5 million in 2008.
