Dachser enters into Romanian market
Dachser starts with three locations in Romania The network of the internationally acting transport- and logistics service provider Dachser in central and eastern Europe was expanded. In Romania a new national company was established on 1 October 2009. Dachser Romania S.R.L. offers Romanian and international customers from commerce and industry a broad range of transport logistic services. In Romania Dachser is to start with locations in the big cities Arad, Brasov and Bucharest. All three locations are connected with each other by daily departures together the Europe-wide land transport network of the group. The management lies in the hands of Traian Dumitrescu, who also is in charge of the location in Bucharest in personal union. Romania is the fifth country in CEE, into which Dachser enters by its own name. Until now own locations have been set up in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
