Danish forwarding group Blue Water Shipping to open location in Qatar

Establishing a location in Doha in Qatar, the Danish forwarding group Blue Water Shipping (BWS) is consolidating its market appearance in the Middle East. Blue Water Shipping Qatar LLC is active in the fields of air-/seafreight forwarding and projects. A warehouse in the industrial area of Doha is available for interim storage operations.

The location in Qatar is, in addition to operations in Dubai, Jebel Ali and Abu Dhabi, the fourth Blue Water Shipping-location in the Middle East. The global network of the group comprises 48 offices in 26 countries and more than 800 employees. The company offers services in the fields of road services, seafreight, airfreight and combined transport. The Smyril Blue Water business segment is operating a ro-ro liner service from Scandinavia to the Faeroe Islands and to Iceland.
