Kingfisher renews its contract with Yusen Logistics

Yusen Logistics manages Kingfisher’s import logistics to home-improvement retailers in the UK, France and Poland:

Yusen Logistics has renewed and extended its contract to manage Kingfisher plc’s European import logistics supply chain. Adding to the existing contract, which covers origin ports in North and South China, the new contract involves locations in South East Asia and Europe. Deliveries are made to the home-improvement retailer’s branches in the UK, France and Poland.

Yusen Logistics‘ supply chain management service includes order tracking through a track-and-trace system. This gives Kingfisher complete visibility of its international supply chains. In addition, Yusen Logistics provides Kingfisher with inbound logistics management, carrier management for sea-freight consignments, documentation management and logistics support.
