Rearrangement of Dachser’s activities in Brazil
| Dachser establishes its own enterprise in Brazil Dachser Group put its activities in Brazil on a new basis. The joint venture with its partner Logimasters was ceased. Dachser takes over all international businesses and summarises them in the newly founded company, “Dachser Brasil Logística Ltda.“ , which is based in Indaiatuba and managed by Richard Frank Schües. “With this step we want to enhance our global air and sea freight network and to consolidate our position in the growth market Brazil.“, says Thomas Reuter, Managing Director of Air & Sea Logistics at Dachser. In Indaiatuba the logistician will coordinate the air and sea freight business including the existing partner-links. Moreover Dachser Brasil is to take over 100 per cent of the shares of Logiprojects and thus coordinates the international special and project activities from and to Brazil.
