CMA CGM and MSC jointly crossing the South Atlantic

New South Atlantic service of CMA CGM and MSC

The CMA CGM shipping company and MSC (Mediterranenan Shippping Company) are going to launch a joint service titled “New Victory Bridge“ on the routes connecting northern Europe and destinations in the South Atlantic, Mexico and the US Gulf in September. The service will replace the current cooperation of CMA CGM with Evergreen Line and China Shipping. It will be operated with seven vessels offering capacities between 5,700 and 6,000 TEU. Jean Philippe Thenoz, Vice President North America Lines CMA CGM Group, referred to the cooperation literally as a “milestone on this trade lane“.

The liner service of CMA CGM and MSC starts in Antwerp and calls at the following ports: Felixstowe, Bremerhaven, Le Havre, Charleston, Savannah, Freeport, Vera Cruz, Altamira, Houston, New Orleans, Freeport, Savannah, Charleston and Antwerp.
