Harald Bollmann is the new President of ZV

 
Zentralverband Spedition & Logistik sets the personnel course for the future

On the occasion of the general assembly of the Zentralverbandes Spedition & Logistik in Austria (association for forwarding and logistics) on November 28, Kommerzialrat Dkfm. Harald Bollmann (66) was elected president for the period 2008 – 2010. Mr. Bollmann has been a member of the ZV-executive board in Vienna since 1975 and Vice-President since 1981. In his regular occupation Mr. Bollmann has been holding the function of the Managing Associate of the international forwarding company Carl Ohly since 1970.

In addition to the presidency of ZV, Mr. Bollmann is also holding the following functions: Chairman of the “Bundessparte Transport & Verkehr“ (transportation and transport segment), of The Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, Member of the Enlarged Bureau of The Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and past president of the Union of European Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

Alexander Friesz (Lagermax Lagerhaus und Speditions AG) and Wolfram Senger-Weiss (Gebrüder Weiss GmbH) were elected vice-presidents of the Zentralverband Spedition & Logistik. Further members of the presidency are Dir. Günther Baumgartner (Logwin Road + Rail Austria GmbH), Walter Konzett (Gebrüder Weiss GmbH), Mag. Stefan Krauter (cargo-partner GmbH), Komm.-Rat Dir. Hans-Dieter Salcher (Schenker & CO AG), Mag. Wolfgang Schneckenreither (Schneckenreither GmbH) and Komm.-Rat Mag. Elmar Wieland (Schenker & CO AG).

Zentralverband Spedition & Logistik, based in Vienna, has been established in 1897. The 200 biggest private forwarding companies in Austria are members of this association. Andreas Demmer is holding the function as Executive Director.
